This is a truly interesting place. It was recently featured on Destination Truth on the Sci-Fi Channel. Many Japanese believe it is the site of a lot of paranormal activity, and it is also said to have the second highest suicide rate in the world right after The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.
